Your email address and message content if you contact us by email.
Anonymised website usage data via Google Analytics 4 (only if you have accepted cookies).

We do not use contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, or lead-capture tools on this website.

3. How we use your data

Email enquiries are used solely to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent. Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing of email enquiries is based on legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry). Analytics processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser cookies or declining cookies on your next visit.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Google LLC (Google Analytics 4), under a Data Processing Agreement, with IP anonymisation enabled. Google may transfer data to the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to object or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact filip.herman@advanflow.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
